What happens after signing the franchise agreement till your opening date ?

  1. Once an agreement is signed the franchisee attends a 5 day franchise orientation.
  2. Key operations dockets, videos are handed to franchisee.
  3. Franchisee starts work at centre and procures the toys and other equipment as given in investment docket.
  4. Franchisee appoints centre head and staff
  5. Franchisee sets a date for the launch and also selects a good chief guest.
  6. Franchise staff is trained for set up and launch
  7. Franchisee starts local publicity.
  8. Franchisee fee structure is finalized.
  9. Franchisee bank account is set up.
  10. Franchisee keeps all printing material ready.
  11. Franchisee starts admissions.
  12. Franchisee staff is trained on curriculum and receives copies of all curriculum.
  13. Franchisee receives Business Commencement Certificate from franchisor if centre and staff is ready.
  14. Franchisee launches the centre.
  15. Franchisee starts operations, orders admission kits.
  16. Franchisee hand holding continues to ensure success of centre.
  17. Franchisee is trained on all other programs that are revenue models of the brand.
  18. Franchisee starts all other revenue models.
