Our admission process is simple and systematic
Child Care Program [2½ year of age group to 3+ years]
Group B (NUR) [Children of age group 3 years]
LMH (LKG) [Children of age group 4 years]
UMH (UKG) [Children of age group 5 years]
Registration forms are given out in the first week of November.

The Head In charge is available for the interview on Monday Wednesday & Thursday in the last school period and at other time by appointment.
Guardians/ parents cannot meet their wards or the teachers in the classroom, during school hours.
Teachers may be consulted only on second & fourth Saturday between 9:30 am & 10:00 am at the school office.
There shall be continuous assessment in each subject throughout the session and the parents will be kept informed of the progress of the child.
The school academic session is divided into two terms.
April – October (1st Term)
October – March (2nd Term)
Tuition fees are charged for 12 months
At the time of admission in our Kindergarten, child’s certificate from the previous school and his birth certificate must be produced and an undertaking signed to abides the school rules and regulations relating to discipline, conduct payment of school fees, notice of withdrawals etc.
It is mandatory for all students to wear the proper school uniform. Children are expected to wear uniform bought from the school uniform shop with the school tag.
In winter (Boys and Girls): Grey and orange track suits, Black shoes, Grey socks with orange band.
In summer (Girls): Grey and orange checked skirt white half sleeve shirt black shoes, White socks with orange band.
In summer (Boys): Grey and orange checked shorts white half sleeve shirt black Nike shoes, White socks with orange band.
No fancy shoes or hairstyle will be permitted in the school. Except for tiny inexpensive earrings, no other jewelers may be worn by girls or boy.
Details regarding the correct quality shade, style and price of uniforms can be had from the school office.
Irregular attendance is found to be unsettling to work and discipline, hence parents are earnestly requested not to keep their children out of school expect for most urgent reason.
When a child is absent, it should be informed through the school calendar, to the Headmistress stating the reason for the reason for the absence and the date the child is expected to return.
When an absence of more than days is taken due to illness a medical certificate from a qualified doctor must be submitted. If the child had an infectious disease, the doctor’s certificate must state the child is fit to attend school and is free from infection.
The school will contact parents over the telephone or by messenger in any emergency during school hours. Any change of telephone number or address should be notified immediately.
School records will be maintained for each child. In all official, correspondence the child’s school I.D No. must be mentioned.
Parents and guardians are not permitted to contact child or teacher during school hours. They are welcome to communicate with the Head Incharge any matter concerning the welfare of their children.
All letters relating to school (Primary) matters should be addressed to the Admission councilor by designation and not to individual members of the staff. The full name, roll number, and class & section of the child should be stated in all correspondence.
