Founder & Managing Trustee – Nellie Ahmed introduces the WICCI – Friendly A.I. initiative at MMHC to the students (age group of 4 years), who were briefly introduced to the concept of A.I. in everyday living and also its impact in the learning process.

Being the State President of the Assam Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Council, she introduced the learning guidelies of WICCI, the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, to the faculty members of MMHC, Gitanagar Campus on 18th of August, 2025.

A brief ‘Action Planning’ workshop was conducted by Mrs. Sushmita Chakraborty, Senior Teacher of Science and Dr. Biswajit De, Creative Director, Maria’s Public School, Birkuchi Campus.

As a follow up, pictures of robots and simple presentation videos of A.I. were shown to the little ones. To showcase their basic understanding of A.I. and the use, the students made posters of robots and understood the concept – that A.I. will help us perform tasks in our daily life. There was enrichment in their vocabulary as they learnt to use and pronounce new words, associated with modern technology. Through Robotic Dance Movements and the use of A.I. Tools, the students have embarked upon their wonderful journey into the world of A.I, right from an early age.

TEACHER TRAINING COURSE “Progress and vision in Pre School education”

This is the first time in the north east that such a comprehensive Teachers Training Programme has been introduced. This training will now be available to the people of this region. Mrs. Nellie Ahmed Tanweer, who is the Director of the Training Academy in Guwahati, is instrumental in bringing to shape her vision of progress in education at the pre-school level with the experienced trainers at the Academy.

We stress on the importance of a full fledged six months training course for mothers and professionals. Duration of Six Months is necessary to incorporate all areas of development. Teacher’s Resource Centre has global recognition, so an updated course is given to the academy at Guwahati, closely supervised by the trainers from the Head Office.
